Mark is an English-qualified lawyer with over eight years’ construction experience here at Systech.

He has consulted to several international contractors on projects around the world, particularly on challenging projects in developing countries, with experience across all phases of the project lifecycle, from tender to final account, and from pre-claim commercial discussions to arbitration or court award.
